Burial Plans

We work with you to create a burial plan that fits your needs. It can be as personal as you wish, made with us in total confidence.

The death of a loved one is the most stressful event in anyone's life, and yet decisions still need to be made. The manner of service and the merchandise must be selected. With guidance and compassion we are able to offer you some peace of mind in an emotional and trying time, while handling all the technical details of the funeral.

Whether your wishes are for a traditional funeral with military honors, or a simple committal service, our family owned funeral home offers you the same care and understanding.

Classic Burial Plans:

These plans allow for some or all of the elements traditionally thought of when planning funeral services. They may include but are not limited to:

  1. Viewing with the casketed remains of the deceased present in either our funeral home or other venue.
  2. Visitation to be held on a separate day from the actual funeral ceremony or combined with the ceremony of your choice on the same day. The visitation affords time spent with family and friends to remember and honor the death of one we love.
  3. Formal funeral ceremony at an appointed time either in our funeral home, church or other venue. The formal ceremony allows for clergy or funeral celebrant to pray, eulogize and commemorate the life of the one we love.

These plans may also include the gathering of family and friends to finalize services together at a cemetery for the burial of the deceased.

These plans do not include merchandise, cemetery, clergy or church, flowers, newspapers or any non funeral home related expenses.

Contemporary Burial Plans:

These plans are similar to the classic plans; however services and ceremonies are provided without the deceased present and burial is done privately or prior to the service type selected. They may include but are not limited to:

  1. Visitation to be held on a separate day from the actual funeral ceremony or combined with the ceremony of your choice on the same day. The visitation affords time spent with family and friends to remember and honor the death of one we love.
  2. A Formal or informal funeral ceremony at an appointed time either in our funeral home, church or other venue. The formal ceremony is conducted by clergy or funeral celebrant. The informal ceremony may be conducted by family or friends. Both allow you to pray, eulogize and commemorate the life of the one we love.
  3. Contemporary plans allow for a greater flexibility when planning services. These services are often provided and adjusted to the convenience of family and scheduling issues.

These plans do not include merchandise, cemetery, clergy or church, flowers, newspapers or any non funeral home related expenses.

Simplicity Burial Plan:

The simplicity plan is a basic burial plan with no funeral ceremony, visitation or grave side service. These services may be added to this basic plan, but will fall under the category of the Contemporary Burial Plans. This plan is limited to:

  1. Private family goodbye viewing only
  2. Private burial with no rite or ritual and is usually handled without family present

This plan does not include merchandise, cemetery, clergy or church, flowers, newspapers or any non funeral home related expenses.
